Cee’s Fun Foto Challenge – Flying or Crawling

Flying or Crawling

Crawling Traffic

It was a beautiful Easter Sunday back around 2010. We’d just bought a new car and decided to take the ferry to Bruny Island. So, apparently, did everyone else. This is the queue slowly crawling towards the ferry back to Kettering in the afternoon. Plenty of time to hop out and take a picture.

Traffic has slowed to a crawl waiting to board the Bruny Island Ferry.

An even older photo from 1998, traffic moving at a crawl towards the boarding ramp on to Spirit of Tasmania at Port Melbourne. The white car in the centre of the picture belongs to Naomi. I was already on board as at that time passengers were not allowed to remain in the car with the driver while boarding. It was our first ever visit to Tasmania.
